It was fate and destiny that brought Franco & Gardella together (or maybe just meddling friends lol). Who’d of thought that they’d be each others first and only true love.
They did get help from mutual friends. Franco was told of a girl that was so similar in personality, demeanour and had the same interests. He was curious and intrigued by the thought of this person and wanted to meet her. Their friends set-up an evening out for dinner and dessert. Gardella was unaware their friends were trying to play matchmaker and get them together. She wondered who this shy and quiet guy was that joined our gang. Over the next few months and some more social gatherings, Franco finally gathered up the courage to ask Gardella out. He took her on their first date to a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game as they’re both huge sports and Leafs fans. They slowly got to know each other and that was the start of their love story. The rest they say is history….now embarking on this adventurous new chapter in life called marriage.
