Aimee and Jon first met through a mutual best friend. In the summer of 2004, they began to hang out more and would end up talking on the phone each night until the sun came up. One night, just as the conversation was about to end, Jon mustered up the courage and told Aimee that he was falling for her. A month later, he mustered up the courage again and told her he loved her. As the years went by, Jon and Aimee created long-lasting memories with both family and friends. Many of those memories were from abroad as they both shared the same passion for travelling the world. Eventually they got engaged in September of 2016, a day after they got the keys to their first home. A moment that was 14 years in the making, they tied the knot on August 18, 2018.
