Lisa & Jeff met in 2014. Lisa was working as a nurse while in the last year of finishing her Master’s degree while Jeffrey was working full time at Telus. Their first date included some drinks at a bar followed by a cooking class at ‘The Chef Upstairs’. They hit it off right away, bonding over their love of BlogTO, food and travel. On New Year’s Eve 2018, Jeff arranged a surprise engagement at Lisa’s work, while she was working a night shift and they have been looking forward to their June 22, 2019 wedding since then!
